   Compared to last week, steers steady, heifers steady to 1.00 higher.
Supply was moderate with good quality but many unweaned calves.  Demand
was good.  Slaughter cows were firm.  Cows and bulls were 16 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 64 percent of the
run; heifers 36 percent.  Near 33 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  350-400 lbs 126.25-132.50; 400-
500 lbs 120.00-130.00; 500-600 lbs 112.00-122.00; 600-650 lbs 112.50-
114.25; 705-735 lbs 108.00-109.00; 810-845 lbs 106.00.  Medium and
Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 126.00-131.50; 400-500 lbs 120.00-128.50; few 500-
600 lbs 115.00-119.50; few 600-610 lbs 111.50-118.50; pkg 683 lbs full
105.00; lot 871 lbs 104.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  few 345-400 lbs 112.00-115.75; 400-
500 lbs 107.75-114.50; pkg 515 lbs 108.00; pkg 641 lbs 107.75.  Medium and
Large 1-2  few 350-400 lbs 111.50-115.00; 400-500 lbs 108.00-114.75; few
500-600 lbs 105.00-108.00; few 630-700 lbs 102.00-105.00; 710-740 lbs 102.00-
104.25.

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1-2  400-500 lbs 115.00-127.00; 500-
600 lbs 106.50-116.00; few 600-630 lbs 100.50-103.00.
