   Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers sold steady to 2.00 lower 
following last week’s sharp upturn. Slaughter cows steady. Feeder quality was 
not as attractive this week with lots of singles and odds mixed in throughout 
the day. Supply light and demand moderate. Cows and bulls accounted for 10 
percent of the total offering. The feeder supply consisted of 59 percent steers 
and bulls and 41 percent heifers; 66 percent of all the feeders weighed over 600 
lbs. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  400-500 lbs 129.75-133.25; 500-600 lbs 
123.50-127.50; 600-700 lbs 117.50-120.00; 700-800 lbs 111.50-118.00; pkg 827 lbs 
112.25.  Medium and Large 1-2  600-700 lbs 114.50-117.75; pkg 791 lbs 111.25.  
Large 1  lot 729 lbs 114.25.  

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 392 lbs 123.00; 400-500 lbs 116.50-
123.00; 500-600 lbs 112.00-116.25; 600-700 lbs 111.10-113.25; 700-800 lbs
