   Compared to last week, steers and heifers under 700 lbs steady on a
light test.  Slaughter cows steady-1.00 lower.  Demand moderate-good.
Supply light with a summer-time like run.  Cows and bulls were 33 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 34 percent of the
run; heifers 66 percent.  Near 44 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  few 445-460 lbs 126.00-128.50; few
540-585 lbs 121.00-125.00; few 650-685 lbs 114.00-116.00.  Medium and
Large 1-2  few 410 lbs 124.00-125.00; few 570-575 lbs 118.00-120.00.  Medium
and Large 2   pkg 522 lbs 116.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 310 lbs 124.00; few 400-465 lbs
115.00-116.50; few 560-590 lbs 110.00-113.00; 630-655 lbs 108.50-110.50; 700-
705 lbs 105.50-106.50, fleshy 102.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  few 400-500 lbs
