Marshall man sentenced to DOC on multiple felony counts

Michael D. Dickerson, 33, of Marshall, was sentenced to two concurrent seven-year terms in Missouri Department of Corrections following a guilty plea to two counts of class C felony forgery in Circuit Court Monday, May 10.

Two additional counts of forgery were dismissed.

Dickerson was also sentenced to two four-year concurrent terms in DOC after he pleaded guilty to two counts of class D felony non-support.

On the forgery charges, Dickerson was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender. His criminal history includes four forgery convictions in 2006, for which he received four concurrent seven-year sentences.
