Wilma Jean Wilson Hill, 78, of Marshall died Thursday, May 6, 2010, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Memorial graveside services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born March 5, 1932, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Samuel H. Wilson and Edna Ballard Wilson. She married James Hill, who survives. She lived in the state of California, moving to Portland, Ore., where she worked as a receptionist for the state of Oregon until her retirement in 1997, when she moved back to Marshall.
Additional survivors include her son, Randall Gene Wilson and wife, Oleta, of Marshall; two grandsons, Anthony Gene Wilson and wife, Melody, and Shawn Patrick Wilson, all of Marshall; five great-grandchildren, Gage Michael Wilson and Brynn Elizabeth Wilson of Fort Worth, Texas, and Xander, Tyler and Skyler Wilson of Marshall; one sister, Pat Marsh and husband, Glenn, of Marshall; three nieces, Karen Guthrie of Marshall, Vicki Kabat of Waco, Texas, and Kimberly Slater of Huntington Beach, Calif.; and two nephews, Tim Hawkins of Laguna Beach, Calif., and Mike Marsh of Marshall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, William Cody Smith, and one sister, Margaret Hawkins.
