County commission accepts bid for surplus vehicle

At their meeting Thursday morning, April 29, Saline County Commissioners opened bids to purchase a surplus county car.

Four bids were received for the 1994 Chevrolet Caprice. Melvin Mullins submitted the high bid of $1,255 and was awarded the purchase.

All commissioners were present at the meeting.

Commissioners will meet again Tuesday, May 4, at 9 a.m. in the lower level of the courthouse.
