Receipts:  1640    One Week Ago:  996    Year Ago:  816

   Compared to last week, feeders 2.00 to 7.00 higher.  Supply was
moderate to heavy with mostly smaller lots and packages selling.
Numerous quality bull calves were included in the run.  Demand very good.
Slaughter cows steady to 1.00 lower.  Cows and bulls were 13 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 60 percent of the
run; heifers 40 percent.  Near 40 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  400-500 lbs 132.00-139.00; 500-
600 lbs 121.00-133.00; 600-700 lbs 113.75-126.00; 700-800 lbs 107.00-112.75;
pkg 860 lbs 104.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 132.00-139.00; 400-
500 lbs 124.50-137.00; 500-600 lbs 119.00-128.75; 600-700 lbs 112.00-122.00;
