Carl W. Berryman, 59, of Sweet Springs, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, at I-70 Community Hospital in Sweet Springs.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs, with Rev. David Goode officiating. Born Sept. 8, 1950, in Warrensburg, he was the son of the late Dewey Everette Berryman and Pearl Marie Swope Berryman. On June 10, 1986, he married Tina Ann Anderson, who survives of the home. He was a graduate of Sante Fe High School and attended University of Missouri-Columbia. He had lived in the Sweet Springs area most of his life, where he was a business owner, artist and musician. He was a member of Widow's Sons, Masonic Lodge and Shriners.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Kim Kennedy of Raytown, Stacy Berryman of Kansas City, Jason Berryman of Columbia, Denine Frerking of Curryville, Tonaleen Connolly of Sedalia, Alexandra Kruger of Gilliam, Angelina Berryman of Sweet Springs, Carlton Berryman of Sweet Springs and Phoenix Berryman of the home; seven grandchildren; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Dorothy Easter and Shirley Berryman.
