Mary Jane Lillig, 88, of Marshall, died Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at First United Methodist Church in Marshall, with Rev. Kathleen Schmidtke officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Inurnment will be at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City. Born Dec. 15, 1921, in Kansas City, she was the daughter of the late Herman Juelich and Opal Petty Juelich. On June 18, 1976, she married Ralph E. Lillig, who preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 1994. She had lived in Marshall since 1984, moving from Clarendon Hills, Ill. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, past president of The Forum Club and a member of Daughters of the Nile.
She is survived by one son, Rich Davis and wife, Theresa, of Breckenridge, Colo.; one daughter, Denice Astrouski of Schaumburg, Ill.; three grandchildren, Brad Astrouski, Julie Astrouski and Mike Astrouski, all of Schaumburg, Ill.; one sister, Norma R. Bush of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Juelich.
