Faye Roberts, 56, of Marshall, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at her home.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Rev. Wayne Doolin officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Fitzgibbon-Mary Montgomery Hospice and friends may sign an online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born Oct. 26, 1953, in Hutchison, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Leo Pearl Williams and Dorothy Jewell Homan Williams, who survives of Sedalia. She had lived in Sedalia for several years, where she was a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She spent over 30 years with her husband, Warner A. Roberts II, who survives of Columbia. She spent the last 30 years in Marshall where she was employed at Banquet Foods and Marshall Habilitation Center.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Ashley Roberts of the home; two grandsons, Christian and Elijah Roberts; one stepson, Warner Alexander Roberts III and wife, Holly, of Tampa, Fla; three step-grandchildren Skyler, Meg and Sawyer Roberts; three sisters Connie Appleberry, Mari Asbury and Barb Williams, all of Sedalia; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Tabitha Roberts.
