Elizabeth Beasley, of Marshall, formerly of Sedalia, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, at Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall, with Jean Davis officiating. Memorials may be made to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born Feb. 26, 1921, in Hughesville, she was the daughter of the late James Montgomery Wiley and Isabelle Fowler Wiley. She was a graduate of Hughesville High School. On Dec. 19, 1979, she married John Richard Beasley, who survives of the home. She worked at Sherwin-Williams for many years in Sedalia and Marshall and had lived in Marshall the last six years after moving from Sedalia.

Additional survivors include her children, Jim Martin and wife, Linda, of Clinton, Carolyn Schlesselman and husband, Cary, of Sedalia and Tom Martin and wife, Mary Lou, of Slater; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one niece, Louise Reno of Richmond; and one nephew, Robert Wiley, of Sedalia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
