Judy Fuchs, 63, of Marshall, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Marshall, with Fr. Tom Alber officiating. Rosary will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall with visitation following until 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Born April 27, 1946, in Saline City, she was the daughter of the late Aloysius Bernard Gotmer and Kathryn Alida Hagedorn Gotmer. She was a 1964 graduate of Mercy Academy and had lived in Marshall most of her life. On Dec. 9, 1978, she married Paul R. Fuchs who survives of the home. She worked at Banquet Foods in Marshall for more than 25 years, retiring in 2008 as a quality control technician. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.
Additional survivors include her children, Troy Robert Cox and wife, Marie, of Center Point, Iowa, Christina Lynn Burton and husband, Bill, of Marshall, Robert Paul Fuchs and wife, Miranda, of Jefferson City, and Brian Cox and wife, Jamie, of Jefferson City; nine grandchildren, Colin Cox, Jesse Burton, Haeley Templeman, Olivia Cox, Rylea Burton, Karsyn Fuchs, Abbie Fuchs, Willie Cox and Marlee Fuchs; five sisters, Allyne Sanders of Slater, Maggie Leimkuehler of Gilliam, Joyce Stith of Camdenton, Janie Shaver of Marshall and Patty Nelson of Marshall; one brother, Jerry Gotmer of Marshall Junction; and several nieces and nephews.
