Tuesday, Dec. 15
Kansas City Southern Railroad Holiday Express (aka the Santa Train), 4 p.m. in Slater.
Sweet Springs Elementary School Christmas program, 7 p.m. in the elementary school gym.

Wednesday, Dec. 16
Marshall High School drama students to present a holiday skit at 6 p.m. in the Marshall Public Library, with readings from a surprise visitor. Presented by the library and Parents as Teachers.
Deadline to nominate businesses and residences for the Marshall Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lighting Contest

Thursday, Dec. 17
Sweet Springs High School Christmas program, 7 p.m. in the high school gym.
Marshall High School Christmas concert, 7:30 p.m.
Slater Junior High and High School choir concert, 7 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 18
Judging for the Marshall Chamber of Commerce Christmas Lighting Contest.

Saturday, Dec. 19
Marshall Community Christmas dinner, noon at St. Peter Catholic Church. Deliveries begin at 11 a.m. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Melanie Elfrink at 660-815-3825 or docmel123@gmail.

Sunday, Dec. 20
Blosser Home Christmas Tea and Open House, 2 to 4 p.m. at 1210 E. Eastwood St. Open to the public. Confections and tours.

Monday, Dec. 21
Salt Fork YMCA Jingle Bell 5K Run , 6 a.m. at 740 E. Yerby St. in Marshall.

Marshall is not on the schedule this year.

The Santa Train is coming to Slater again on Tues. Dec. 15
