Thanks to the efforts of bondsman Stan Morland, Andon appeared before Judge James T. "Tut" Bellamy Wednesday, Nov. 25, to face charges brought against him in March 2008 of class B felony burglary and class C felony deviate sexual assault.
According to an incident report filed with the probable cause statement, the victim of the assault said she was asleep in her home after an evening out with friends, when Andon came into her bedroom uninvited and assaulted her while she was sleeping. The woman said she awoke, realized what was happening and jumped out of bed. Andon then left the home.
The report indicates Andon had been called to the home because a female friend of the victim's, who had fallen asleep at the victim's home, had asked him to come and take her to her own home.
Andon posted a $15,000 cash or surety bond, but never appeared in court. Morland said Andon had been living in Greenfield with relatives, but offered no resistance when confronted by the bond agents.
Andon's case has been continued to Dec. 16; until then, he is in custody at Saline County Justice Facility on a $15,000 cash-only bond.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.

Bondsman kind of lost his butt on that bond. But it saved him paying out the $15,000 bond he put up to get this low life out of jail to start with.
Now that is persistance at its best! Way to go, can't get away that easily!!
