Snyder is charged with class D felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Marshall police allege Snyder first did "doughnuts" in a municipal parking lot located at Marion Street and Benton Avenue and lost control of her vehicle, striking the chain link fence, damaging about 16 feet of it and breaking off two fence posts at ground level.
The report says Snyder's vehicle then traveled south on Benton Street after going through the fence, and struck a parked pickup truck, moving it approximately 54 feet.
Officers arriving on the scene after the accident was reported found Snyder hanging partially out of the driver's seat of her vehicle, seriously injured. The report indicates at least one unopened beer can was found in the vehicle and another on the back floorboard.
According to the report, after Snyder was removed from the vehicle and secured to a backboard by emergency responders, officers asked her how much she'd had to drink. Snyder responded, "Several."
The arrest warrant asks a cash or surety bond of $5,000. A court appearance has not been scheduled.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.
