Herron is charged with three counts of class A misdemeanor stealing, one count of class A misdemeanor driving on a driver's license revoked for points and one count of driving on a driver's license revoked for failure to appear or nonpayment of court costs.
Marshall police filed three reports, two in October and one in November, naming Herron as the person who stole a 750 ml bottle of whiskey from Viking Liquor Store, left Walmart without paying for more than $340 in prescription drugs and removed an AT&T telephone and a scrub mop and bucket without paying for them, also from Walmart.
The report notes the drugs reported stolen are not scheduled drugs.
In each instance, the report says, Herron left the area driving a red Impala.
According to the police reports, Herron has an extensive criminal history, including stealing, forgery, failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, abuse of a child and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Herron was taken into custody at Saline County Justice Facility, but released after posting a cash or surety bond of $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in court before Judge James T. "Tut" Bellamy Wednesday, Nov. 18.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.

Oops, sorry. Mr. Bellamy is the judge. Surely he'll do something.
LOOS--ER! Sounds to me like someone needs to get some time in jail. Are you listening Judge Rolf?
