Kiso pleaded guilty in May 2007 to one count of class C felony endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. Imposition of sentence was suspended and Kiso was ordered to enter and complete a post conviction treatment program following 75 days of shock incarceration in Saline County Justice Center.
Unofficial online court records show that subsequent to her release, probation violations were filed in February and March 2008, and Kiso then spent three months in Missouri Department of Corrections. Following her release in July 2008, probation violations were filed in December 2008, April 2009 and July 2009, which led to Monday's court appearance.
