ESPN, CollegeFanz founder Bill Rasmussen to visit MVC this weekend

College Fanz Sports Network, the world's largest online college sports community, launched by ESPN founder Bill Rasmussen, will feature No. 10 ranked MidAmerica Nazarene University at No. 9 Missouri Valley College in the College Fanz NAIA Football Game of the Week Saturday, Nov. 7 at 1:30 p..m. in a live TV webcast, according to an MVC news release.

The College Fanz Van arrives in Marshall Friday afternoon to provide live, on-site coverage, including pre-game, half-time, and post-game shows from the campus.

Rasmussen, who founded ESPN in 1979, is the CEO and founding partner of College Fanz. Rasmussen will be on campus for a media conference at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, in the Ferguson Center's Formal Lounge on the MVC campus.

Rasmussen will also be in attendance at Saturday's Heart of America Athletic Conference contest to meet with fans before and during the game at Gregg-Mitchell Field, and will preside over the coin-toss at the start of the game.
