Traffic will be reduced to one lane at the interchange of I-70 and Route J.
--Monday, Nov. 9, and Tuesday, Nov. 10, crews will be working from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
--Wednesday, Nov. 11, crews will begin working at 6 p.m. and end at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12.
Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution and pay close attention when traveling in the work zone.
The project is weather-dependent and could be rescheduled.
MoDOT maintenance crews will close a section of Route AA in Saline County for culvert replacement Thursday, Nov. 5, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The closure will be located approximately one and one-half miles north of Route H and will continue north for approximately one-half mile.
Motorists must choose an alternate route during the closure and exercise caution in the area. This project is also weather-dependent and could be rescheduled.
Also, MoDOT officials said they are seeking traveler feedback on construction work zones. A customer survey, available on MoDOT's Web site at www.modot.org/workzones/Comments.htm allows motorists to provide feedback on specific work zones through which they have traveled.
"Your feedback will help improve our work zones and keep traffic moving while looking out for the safety of travelers and our highway workers," said Don Hillis, director of system management for MoDOT.
