Hannah was sentenced to five years of court-supervised probation on the felony charge and to 10 days in Saline County Justice Facility, subject to time served, and will pay restitution to Collins Pop Shop for damage to their store of more than $700 at $100 per month.
Additional conditions of probation include no consumption of alcohol and completion of a GED by Dec. 31, 2010.
In sentencing Hannah, Judge Dennis A. Rolf reminded him that the ban on alcohol during his probation extended even past the age of 21, and pointed out that the blood alcohol level he registered at arrest was nearly three times the legal limit even for adults, "a dangerously high level," said Rolf.
