According to a probable cause statement issued by Saline County Prosecuting Attorney Donald G. Stouffer, Perkins is charged with class C felony domestic assault in the second degree. The report alleges Perkins assaulted a female acquaintance and tried to strangle her, and that he had previously assaulted the victim.
The report also indicates Perkins has three felony and four misdemeanor convictions, including a conviction for misdemeanor domestic assault; he is in custody at Saline County Justice Facility. A court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.

kathy, (my rant are kinda funny though...admit it) can you look into the "three strikes your out" policy on felonies and why this guy is out...considering the three felony convictions. i don't understand the small print so to speak. i do know that i went to school with this guy and it doesn't surprise me, some people just live in a perverbial box and those darn overlapped flaps are just too much for simple minds to push through
GUESS HE HAS SOME PROBLEMS, (WOMAN)
