William Anthony Marty, 87, of Gilliam, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

No services are planned; burial will be in the state of Washington. Arrangements are under the direction of Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home.
