Senior Kennan Gillaspy ran for two first-half touchdowns, from 55 and 1 yards out, and senior Cameron Kirmse kicked a 30-yard field goal to give the Eagles a 17-0 halftime lead.
Senior Tristan Lonberger's 19-yard run and a 2-yard plunge by junior Brady Morton pushed the margin to 31-0 before the Wildcats got on the board with senior Cody Skinner's 5-yard run.
Knox County (2-1) tacked on three fourth-quarter touchdowns, including Lonberger's second of the game on a 12-yard pass from Gillaspy.
Skinner ran for 89 yards, passed for 42 and had a 20-yard catch for Slater (1-2), which plays Friday at Wentworth Military Academy.
