Five Lady Greyhounds recorded two or more kills and six had at least two digs, juniors Shelby Hayworth and Haley Hunter the only players doing both -- combining for five spikes and five saves.
Freshman Brittany Higgins dropped in three aces on the Lady Vikings (2-2), while senior Kim Rennison had four digs. Four of Sweet Springs' 12 kills were assisted by senior Kathleen Tyler.
The Lady 'Hounds (2-1) will be at home Thursday to take on sixth-ranked Sacred Heart, the defending state champion.
