A backhoe tears up asphalt at the Marshall Municipal Airport Wednesday, Sept. 2. The asphalt will soon be replaced by concrete to form a "parking apron" to increase the amount of space available for aircraft to park, said Ray Horton, representative of Kansas City's Burns & McDonnell.

So, did any pilots happen to see the military helicopter training going on at Marshall last night?

Did it look like airport "approach" training?

"Is the city getting it ready for Airforce One?"

Troop carriers would be more likely. Money is no object when the shadow government needs to subdue the consumers. We're all Indians now.

Is the city getting it ready for Airforce One? Over $2,000,000 of MODOT money that should of been spent on roads or bridges, not little podunk airports that will never be anything but a hobby air field. Now more money is being wasted, what is the point, just because the money can be spent?

In case you all haven't noticed, our Country is broke and going deeper in debt everyday because of wasteful spending just like this. Name one productive good money making reason for this construction?

And they use a company out of Kansas City to do the work, that's really helping out our own....
