Beulah M. Thompson, 94, of Marshall, formerly of Kansas City, died Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
No services will be held. Memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born Feb. 17, 1915, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella May Thompson. She had worked at Stampers and Marshall Habilitation Center, formerly known as the Marshall State School, before moving to Kansas City. She returned to Marshall in 2006. The family wishes to thank Fitzgibbon Hospital staff medical surgery unit, The Living Center and staff and dietary for all the good meals.
Local survivors include one niece, Pat Grimes of Marshall, and three great-nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Hortense Anna Grimes and Ruth Alice Hayes, and two brothers, Early James Thompson and Leroy Thompson.
