Newscope: 'Flick 'n Float' at Marshall Aquatics Center Saturday

Marshall Aquatics Center will host a Flick 'n Float event Saturday, July 11. The movie being shown will be "Free Willy."

A synopsis of the film from IMDb: "When a boy learns that a beloved killer whale is to be killed by the aquarium owners, the boy risks everything to free the whale."

According to the MPAA it is rated PG for some mild language. It was the winner of the 1994 MTV Movie Award for Best Movie Song, "Will You Be There" by Michael Jackson.

The film will begin at 8:30 p.m. Cost will be $1 and concessions will be available.
