The Marshall Municipal Band will play a concert at the Marshall Habilitation Center in the gazebo at 8 p.m., and the fireworks will begin around 9:15 p.m.
July 4
The Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Museum in Marshall will be open for tours during regular hours, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Marshall Municipal Band will play a concert on the west side of the parking lot near the Yerby Street entrance to Indian Foothills Park, adjacent to Guthrey Play Area. Fireworks will follow the concert.
The roof of the Marshall Aquatics Center building will be open for fireworks viewing.
Slater fireworks display will take place in the city park beginning at dark.
Most events in Sweet Springs will take place at the city park.
At 11 a.m. and until items are sold out: Sweet Springs Fireman's Dinner, which comes with the diner's choice of chicken, pulled pork sandwiches or hot dogs. There will be a fireman's dunk tank, too.
From noon to 6 p.m. swimming will be free at the pool, courtesy of the Sweet Springs Optimist Club.
At 5 p.m. the Little Miss Liberty and Little Uncle Sam contest begins. The contest is sponsored by Xi Eta Epsilon.
After the contest there will be games, sponsored by the Sweet Spring Optimist Club.
At dusk the city's fireworks display will begin at Sweet Springs High School.
In Arrow Rock, festivities get underway at 2 p.m. with the annual Impromptu Parade.
Fireworks display will begin at the west end of Arrow Rock's Main Street at 9:15 p.m.
July 5

I like the beer garden!!
I know alma isnt part of saline county but i think they should include alma in this list every year.I would like to be informed of their activitys. i know alot of people that go there for the fireworks and activitys
