The Travelers were behind by a run in the third, but singles by Marc Plummer and Jordan Pannell keyed a three-run rally. Marshall broke a 5-5 tie in the fourth on RBI singles from Tyler Nelson and Collin Porter.
Zach Bishop hit a two-run triple in the fifth to give the Travelers their biggest lead of the game at 9-6, but Warrensburg tied it in the sixth.
Both teams' bats cooled off during the next two frames, Bishop tossing two scoreless innings, but Post 131 -- down by a run -- put up three tallies in the top of the ninth to take a 12-10 lead.
However, Post 131 couldn't get an out during Marshall's last at-bat. Sebastian Sims and Collin Brennan led off with walks, both runners advancing on a passed ball. Bishop then drilled a game-tying double and came in when the throw home on Plummer's grounder was too late to stop Bishop from scoring the game-ending run.
Jordan Pannell had two hits and scored three runs and Bishop knocked in four runs for the Travelers (4-4), who are scheduled to host Sedalia today.
