Bryson was charged 10 years ago with class D felony passing a bad check of at least $150, when she had insufficient funds in the account or drew the check on a non-existent account.
The case against her was initially filed in June 1999, and a warrant for her arrest issued the following month. That warrant was not successfully served until May 2002.
At a hearing in June 2002, the case was moved to Division 4 court and Bryson, who pleaded guilty, received a suspended sentence in exchange for a five-year term of probation. She was to return to court two months later if she had not paid court costs.
According to unofficial online court records, Bryson did not pay the court costs and failed to appear at her scheduled court date in August 2002. In April 2003, her probation was revoked and an arrest warrant for $7,500 cash or surety was issued.
Saline County Sheriff Wally George said in a news release Thursday, June 18, that Bryson will be picked up at Tillamook, Ore., County Jail and returned to Saline County in a week or 10 days.

It's a waste of money to get this person. D.O.C. will parole this person out in 6 months...It's shamefull that Missouri doesn't have a law that could charge her with a new felony for not showing up...Wishfull thinking I guess. It would all just get run concurrent anyway, so mute point I guess...
3rd child... is there a possibility that you could stay on topic and not use this blog for your political platform? Looks like you have no intentions of discussing Ms. Bryson.
You must know more about this than I do so I'll ask how you know she doesn't have any remorse?
My comment was more to the unequality of the judicial system. The people on top literally get away with murder but the system will spend thousands of your taxes extraditing small fry like this. Then more of your money will be spent feeding the prison profit system. I don't know why so many people get such pleasure out of seeing lives being ruined. I think TV 'programming' has a lot to do with this. They don't call it programming for nothing..
Speaking of equal under the law, this story is very timely.. Drunken 250lb. cop gets probation for beating bartender..

"Prosecutors had asked for prison for Abbate -- he could have been sentenced to up to five years behind bars -- but the judge said he didn't see aggravating factors to justify a prison term. The judge said Abbate had a clean record before the incident, did not seriously injure the bartender, and underwent alcohol rehab "and has not had a relapse."
"If I believed sentencing Anthony Abbate to prison would stop people from getting drunk and hitting people, I'd give him the maximum sentence," Fleming said.
Woe are the little people.
One of them might just be the person she ripped off without any remorse whatsoever or haven't you figured that out yet.
Trillions of dollars are being plundered from the country by bankers that don't pay their taxes but the little people will be hunted down and destroyed..
