According to an incident report filed by Saline County Sheriff's Department, Stout was asked to leave the residence but refused to do so. The report indicates that witnesses on the scene also said Stout prevented them from calling for help several times, but eventually contact was made with local authorities.
When the responding officer attempted to remove Stout from the residence, she fought with him, kicking and screaming, pushed a chair at him and threw herself on a sofa and on the floor in an attempt to evade arrest.
An arrest warrant has been issued for $1,500 cash or surety.
If convicted, Stout could serve up to one year in Saline County Justice Facility and pay up to a $1,000 fine.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.
