Riley was found a short time later in the parking lot of another business on College Street, still in her vehicle, and accompanied by a minor child.
The incident report says officers found Riley's speech "extremely slurred and confused," and that she had difficulty complying with their instructions.
According to the incident report, Riley had difficulty performing standard field sobriety tests and showed a blood alcohol content of 0.000, but tested positive for the presence of several drugs, including methamphetamine, amphetamines, opiates and THC.
Riley was released from Saline County Justice Facility Tuesday, June 16, after posting a $1,500 cash-only bond, and is scheduled to appear before Judge James T. "Tut" Bellamy in Associate Court Wednesday, June 24.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.

Good arrest MPD. Good job driver thru workers. Thanks for caring about the child and other motoring public, while you out smoking your dope and driving around town with the munchies. Enough said, mmmmmmkkkk.
Thank you 'drive-thru' workers. It is nice that there are people who will do the right thing - for the child, other drivers and the woman herself. You are all to be congratulated.
Thank goodness for the observant and caring "Drive-Thru" workers. The outcome of this could have been much worse had there been an accident with a child in the car. Good Job!
