Helen P. Dennis, 94, of Marshall, died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. Kevin Gormley officiating. Prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with visitation following from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Born Sept. 1, 1914, in Chamois, she was the daughter of the late Edmund Boillot and Mary J. Buchot Boillot. On April 20, 1934, in Marshall, she married Ralph R. Dennis, who preceded her in death on July 4, 1984. She had lived in Marshall since 1974, moving from Ottawa, Kan. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter's choir, Daughters of Isabella, Altar and Rosary Society and The Monday Club.
Survivors include one brother, Edmund "Bud" Boillot of Marshall, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Loraine Dennis and Evelyn Harvey.
