According to the incident report, Tabor was stopped because the arresting officer knew Tabor's driver's license had been revoked and would not be reissued until 2013.
After the stop, Tabor got out of the truck he was driving and attempted to leave the area, and was observed discarding several items, including a small vial allegedly containing methamphetamine and opiates.
After posting a $5,000 cash or surety bond, Tabor was released from Saline County Justice Facility, pending an appearance Wednesday, May 13, in Division Four court.
Charges contained in reports provided by law enforcement officials are not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting charges must be presented before a jury, whose duty is to determine if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the charges.
