Flu News: Nothing to sneeze at

Thursday, April 30, 2009
Because H1N1 can spread among humans by the same means as seasonal flu, coughing and sneezing properly are recommended by health officials.

Sneezing safely is a simple step to help slow the spread of the virus.

Learn how to sneeze properly and safely with a video titled "Why don't we do it in our sleeves."

The 5-minute program, produced by Dr. Ben Lounsbury of OtoRhinoLounsburgology Productions, is available on the Web in several languages, including sign language, and is captioned for the deaf and hearing-impaired. It's also available on Google video.
