We continue to monitor this case. Ballinger's appearance in court Monday, May 11, resulted in a continuance. His next court appearance will be June 8 for a plea/trial setting date. Ballinger remains in custody at Saline County Justice Facility on a cash-only bond of $250,000.

How did things turn out with the hearing in court today? Is anyone still keeping up with this story? Good thing about this is that God already knows all! Still praying.....
