Brian Scott, 20, of Marshall, died Saturday, March 21, 2009, in Springfield.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at First Baptist Church in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brian Scott Memorial Fund care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

He was born May 20, 1988, in Memphis, Tenn., and had lived in Marshall his entire life. He was a 2006 graduate of Marshall High School, attended Missouri State University in Springfield for one year and was currently a student at Missouri Valley College in Marshall.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Scott and her husband, Dave Anderson, of the home; one brother, Alex Matthew Scott of Columbia; one sister, Laura Elizabeth Scott of Marshall; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
