Dianne Bagnell, 63, of rural Blackburn, died Sunday, March 8, 2009, at her home.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2009, at Blackburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Born July 16, 1945, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Edward Oakley VanBuskirk and Wilma T. Kolb VanBuskirk. On Aug. 17, 1973, she married Charles Bagnell, who survives of the home. She had lived in Saline County most of her life and was a homemaker. She was a member of Waverly Baptist Church.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Tamiko "Tammie" Hunter of the home and Lisa Harris of Fenton; four stepchildren, Vicki Denk of the state of Florida, Charles Bagnell Jr. of Thorofare, N.J., Brian Bagnell of Blue Springs and Bruce Bagnell of the home; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Stedem of Marshall; two brothers, Larry VanBuskirk of the state of Oklahoma and Ronnie VanBuskirk of rural Napton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Sherman, Gene and Duane VanBuskirk, and one sister, Judy VanBuskirk.
