According to the probable cause statement issued by the county prosecutor's office,
Hibdon made multiple phone calls in which he threatened to kill the woman, burn her house down and kill her children.
Hibdon has been charged with three counts of class A misdemeanor harassment.
The arrest warrant specifies a cash or surety bond of $3,000.
If convicted, Hibdon could serve up to one year in the county jail and/or pay up to a $1,000 fine on each count.
