Suzanne "Suzy" Garrison, 51, of Warsaw, formerly of Sweet Springs, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at her home in Warsaw.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2009, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Sweet Springs, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial was in Payne Cemetery in rural Johnson County. Born Jan. 22, 1958, in Warrensburg, she was the daughter of the late Seaton T. Hall and Martha Drucella Jackson Hall. She lived in rural Warsaw the last few months, but spent most of her life in the Sweet Springs area. She was a certified nurse aide in area nursing homes, a homemaker for many years and attended the Assembly of God church.

Survivors include her three children, Talmadge Ingalls of Sweet Springs, Angela Renee Montou of Oberlin, La., and Melvin Ingalls of Pitkin, La.; several grandchildren; two brothers, Ben Hall and Seaton Hall, both of Sweet Springs; two sisters, Laura "Sissy" Self and Sarah Bales, both of Houstonia; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, one brother, John Hall, preceded her in death.
