Replacement work of fence on Odell Avenue underway

The city is replacing a section of fence on Odell Avenue near College Street. City Administrator Charles Tryban said the city originally installed the fence more than 15 years ago when trees and brush were cleared out of the area, and that it is now time for a new fence.
