Kenneth Hollywood, 90, of Marshall, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2009, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at First United Methodist Church in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial with military rites will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Smith Chapel United Methodist Church or American Heart Association. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born Jan. 19, 1919, in Napton, he was the son of the late James Newton Hollywood and Laura Edith Pace Hollywood. On Dec. 22, 1939, he married Georgia Windmeyer, who survives of the home. He had lived in Napton most of his life, moving to Marshall in 1986, and was a farmer. He was a member of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving on the USS Yorktown.

Additional survivors include three daughters, Beth Hanes of Marshall, Pam Riggs and her husband, Kevin, of Marshall and Beverly York of Olney, Texas; seven grandchildren, Scott Latimer of Napton, Brad Latimer of Fitchburg, Wis., Jamie Riggs of Marshall, Kent Riggs and his wife, Madeline, of St. Louis Park, Minn., Tiá Butner, Jessica Daniel and Megan York of Olney; five great-grandsons; one great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Helen Overley of Tupelo, Miss.; and two nieces and their families.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons-in-law, Harold Waller and Don Hanes; one brother-in-law, Milford Overley; and one niece, Carol Overley Simmons.
