A celebration of his life will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at the family home. Visitation will be at The Eudora Chapel in Eudora, Kan., from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16. Arrangements are under the direction of Heartland Cremation & Burial Society.
He was a graduate of MU, was a lifelong Tiger fan, and spent most of his professional life in sales.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Ruth; four children; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and a sister-in-law.
