Brenda Sue Crawford, 51, of Marshall, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, at University Hospital & Clinics in Columbia.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation. Born Feb. 18, 1957, in Marshall, she was the daughter of William "Bill" Finkeldei and Marjorie "Margie" Krause Finkeldei, who survive of Marshall. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and was a 1975 graduate of Santa Fe High School. On Aug. 31, 1975, she married Larry Alan Crawford, who survives of the home. She was a homemaker, an avid bowler and a Methodist.
Additional survivors include her five children, Alan Crawford and his wife, Lindsay Bjorkman-Crawford, of Kansas City, Hillarie Bilbruck and her husband, Caleb, of Sedalia, Carrie Jarvis and her husband, Carl, of Marshall, Wesley Crawford, currently stationed in Ft. Lewis, Wash., and his wife, Ella, and Stacie Crawford of the home; eight grandchildren, Caleb, Hayley, Zachary, Aaron, Ashton, Alana, Madison and Wesley Jr.; two brothers, Robert Finkeldei of Blackburn and Donald Finkeldei of rural Corder; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Carter James Bilbruck.
