Paula M. (Sidwell) Forsyth, 76, of Wichita, Kan., formerly of Sweet Springs, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, in Wichita.
Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Cochran Mortuary in Wichita. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. She was born Feb. 22, 1932, in Frankfurt, Germany, daughter of Georg and Katharina Rudolph. On Sept. 18, 1977, she married Darrol Forsyth. She worked as a Certified Nurse Aide.
She is survived by five sons, Paul Sidwell of Wichita, Charles Sidwell of Sweet Springs, Robert Sidwell of Wichita, William Sidwell of Kechi, Kan., and Max Sidwell of Wichita; two daughters, Brenda Winslow of Conover, N.C., and Jerri Molt of Atchison, Kan.; two siblings in Frankfurt, Germany; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Darrol "Jack" Forsyth; an infant son, George; and two brothers in Germany.
