Valley launched the season three newcomers to the starting line-up, with two of them -- junior Roc Rogers of St. Paul, Minn., and junior Bryant Porter of Red Bud, Ill. -- combining for 22 points. The big kid from Germany is not a newcomer but a returner also. ( Hicks from California is a returning starter also) The Valley team looks good and demonstrated a lot of characteristics to previous very successful Lance teams. It will be fun to watch them this year. I wonder if there will be current pictures this year or if we see pictures from last years dreadful season all of this season. I am sure someone on campus has new pictures maybe they would share them so that this years success can be demonstrated in the paper. Surely, with this many newcomers there should be current pictures.... Just a thought.
