Patricia Rose Rippeto-Hawkins, 54, of Marshall, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at University Hospital & Clinic in Columbia.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Elder Cynthia Craven officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born Nov. 5, 1953, in Kansas City, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Herbert Bruen Young and Mary Lucille Worley Young. She had lived in Marshall most of her life, was a nurse technician and had worked at Heartland Residential Care in Marshall and Marshall Habilitation Center.

Survivors include three daughters, Cynthia (Young) Craven and her husband, Tony, of Slater, Melanie (Hazelrigg) Kielty and her husband, Patrick, of Blue Springs and Wendy (Young) Blackwell and her husband, J.T., of Marshall; eight grandchildren, Amber and Danielle Newsome, Cody Shaver, Cadence Blackwell, and Hannah, Emily, Allison and Madison Kielty; her companion, Bob Morehead of the home; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Herbie Young, and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Hazelrigg.
