Sander recorded 11 assists and seven digs for the Lady Chiefs, who also got 10 spikes and 15 saves from senior Joci Russell.
The Lady Cougars (8-3-1, 0-1 I-70) were topped by senior Lauren Brockhaus' nine kills and 14 digs.
Senior Kyle Wagner put down seven shots and pulled up 16 for Santa Fe (5-1, 1-0).
The Lady Chiefs won their third straight match Thursday, a 25-16, 25-15 non-conference home win over Lexington (2-4).
Russell led Santa Fe's attack with seven kills and five digs and junior Lauren Aversman put down six shots and six aces. Senior Kylie Wagner made nine saves to go along with three kills.
The Lady Chiefs (6-1, 1-0 I-70) will be off a week before hosting Orrick in an I-70 contest Thursday.
