Stephanie Rapp, 15, died at 8:15 p.m. at University Hospital in Columbia, according to Saline County Coroner Willie Harlow.
Rapp was riding in the back seat of the van, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers.
The driver, Christian Argueta, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Troopers said a passenger in the van reported that Argueta may have blacked out prior to the collision.
The van apparently went through the intersection of Salt Pond Avenue and College Street without stopping, troopers said.
A second passenger, Derian Martin, 15, of Marshall, suffered moderate injuries, according to troopers, and was taken to University Hospital Thursday afternoon.
