Bryan K. Mobley, 31, was traveling eastbound on County Road 410 at 4:15 p.m. when his 2003 Ford Explorer ran off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned coming to rest on its top, according to the report.

Mobley received minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. He was wearing his safety belt, troopers said.

Mobley was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving, the report said.
